The team placed by Summit Security Group have all proven to be resourceful and thoughtful people with a strong customer service ethic. Although the role of security guard is not always perceived in the most positive frame, the airport team have won many customer accolades for trying to find ways to facilitate the customer's needs.
The management team at Summit Security Group have also proven to be very approachable and resourceful. On the rare occasion that I may have a concern, that concern has been addressed very quickly. I am always confident that Jeff or Don will find a way to make sure that the security needs of the airport are met and generally exceeded beyond my expectation.
I am very comfortable in the knowledge that the airport facility is under the care of Summit Security Group when I go home at the end of the day. Without reservation, I wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone considering engaging them for security service.
